What will you do?
People operations: own all people operations processes including performance review cycles; compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration; legal and regulatory compliance as it relates to employment etc. together with our legal counsel, and as we scale ensure that we evolve our processes appropriately.
Employee development and retention: develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth.
Recruiting and talent acquisition: in partnership with our Recruiter and hiring managers, run our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company.
Cultural champion: be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals.
Trusted advisor: be the trusted advisor to the Management Team, holding all managers to a high-quality standard.

By leveraging Predictive Analytics and AI, the Harver platform can predict whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for and assists recruiters in selecting the right people. 5-8 years experience building and leading a people team that delivers an exceptional employee experience
Experience scaling the People function in a hyper-growth startup environment
Experience in creating and executing programs to translate company culture and values to daily practices.
Track record of developing innovative, forward-thinking talent development and retention strategies
Strong program/project management and organization skills
Demonstrated integrity with a business and solution-oriented approach to resolving issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly distill important information
Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, and comfortable interacting with teammates across departments and experience levels
