Senior Test Automation Engineer

Job description

What’s different about this role?

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer you will be an integral member of Harver’s Product and Engineering organization. At Harver we do QA differently though. Each of our application development teams is responsible for delivering new features end to end; from analysis to testing. In doing this we elevate the role of our test engineers into domain experts who innovate, coach and support these teams on delivering software frequently, efficiently and reliably.

  • Also loves to collaborate and share knowledge with others. You are generous in helping those around you.

You will:

  • Drive and deliver automation solutions that allow us to regularly release to production with confidence.
  • Have a clear understanding and vision of the QA role throughout the software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to post-release.
  • Have a strong appreciation of modern agile methodologies such as BDD, trunk based development, CI/CD and mob programming.
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of QA engineers
