You’ll get to play a crucial role in our expansion in the Netherlands!
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Technical Recruiter to source, attract, and hire the best professionals for our Amsterdam office. 

What will you do?

  • Source, screen, interview and assess candidates;
  • Partner with hiring managers & department heads to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy;
  • Create and set-up recruitment strategies per requisition;
  • Direct sourcing using the latest sourcing techniques and several channels to find the right profiles;
  • Attract and engage candidates to join Harver with exciting job posting adverts and social media;
  • Provide the best candidate experience for all candidates, from application to final offer stage;
  • Build an employer brand in line with our global brand

    • 5+ years Tech recruitment experience

    • Bachelor's degree a plus 

    • In-house recruitment experience
    • SaaS Tech recruitment experience
    • Experience in building and maintaining a strong relationship with hiring managers

    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects,

      and drive for desired results

    • Up to date on newest sourcing techniques
    • HR experience
    • A team player
