Wanted: Senior Customer Success Manager 

We’re looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a strong understanding of creating and implementing success strategy to optimize Harver's customer experience. 

 

What will you do? 

As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will act as a consultant and strategic advisor to the customer to enhance the client experience. As the main point of contact of our enterprise customers, you will:

  • Drive the success of Harver's various offerings
  • Onboard and engage the customers to increase adoption and retention
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify areas of strength and areas of improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to share client feedback on the product and service in order to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify, build, foster and grow positive relationships with our key accounts
  • Educate customers about new features and help them optimize the use of the tool
  • Grow customer lifetime value and execute client subscription renewals 
  • Improve internal processes through active collaboration with marketing, product, delivery and support teams
