WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Harver customer expert - A Senior Customer Success Manager, you will act as a consultant and strategic advisor to the customer to enhance the client experience. As the main point of contact of our enterprise customers, you will:
Drive the success of Harver's various offerings
Onboard and engage the customers to increase adoption and retention
Conduct regular customer reviews to identify areas of strength and areas of improvements
Work cross-functionally with other departments to share client feedback on the product and service in order to enhance customer satisfaction
Identify, build, foster and grow positive relationships with our key accounts
Educate customers about new features and help them optimize the use of the tool
Grow customer lifetime value and execute client subscription renewals
Improve internal processes through active collaboration with marketing, product, delivery and support team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

5+ years customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working with enterprise customer relationships
Fluent in Dutch and English
Passionate about using business intelligence & CRM software, building dashboards and utilizing technology
Boardroom ready presentation abilities
Outstanding Analytical ability
Experience in People/HR technology a plus!
