Are you interested in joining a hyper-growth SaaS scale-up in Amsterdam? Our technology speaks for itself; we've raised $15m and recently closed our Series B. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to build and implement customer success strategies. We want your ideas on how to optimize Harver's customer experience!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Harver customer expert - A Senior Customer Success Manager, you will act as a consultant and strategic advisor to the customer to enhance the client experience. As the main point of contact of our enterprise customers, you will:

  • Drive the success of Harver's various offerings
  • Onboard and engage the customers to increase adoption and retention
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify areas of strength and areas of improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to share client feedback on the product and service in order to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify, build, foster and grow positive relationships with our key accounts
  • Educate customers about new features and help them optimize the use of the tool
  • Grow customer lifetime value and execute client subscription renewals
  • Improve internal processes through active collaboration with marketing, product, delivery and support team

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A candidate who thinks like our customers and can execute on deadlines. You are someone who is poised in the midst of chaos, thinks with an entrepreneurial and creative spirit and a love for technology to inspire our customers.

  • 5+ years customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working with enterprise customer relationships
  • Fluent in Dutch and English 
  • Passionate about using business intelligence & CRM software, building dashboards and utilizing technology
  • Boardroom ready presentation abilities
  • Outstanding Analytical ability
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in People/HR technology a plus!
