Wanted: Product Support Specialist 
We are looking for an ambitious product support specialist for our Amsterdam office.

What will you do?
As a product support specialist you will be:

  • Work alongside with Project Management team to perform any necessary tasks for successful on-boarding clients;
  • Collaborate with senior members to continuously build internal processes
  • Speak to users about technical issues in a way they can understand;
  • Be the to-go-to person for all product related issues, updates for internal teams;
  • Track and respond quickly to customer issues via our ticketing system (Zendesk);
  • Support Project Management team with training tasks;
  • Notify the management or escalation team of any potential issues/escalations or complex problems in a timely manner;
  • Handle any incoming support requests during working hours;

    Requirements

    • 0-3 Years of working experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree - Preferable Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field/experience
    • Industry Experience
    • Working in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience or knowledge of basic internet concepts and technology such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Zendesk
    • Experience with troubleshooting in software
    • Strong communication skills --> both verbal and written
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Detail-oriented
    • Self-starter
    • Assist project teams in configuration of customer portals.
    • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
    • Exceptional communication, customer service, relationship building
