Wanted: Product Marketer
We’re looking for a product marketer capable of refining our product marketing strategy throughout the entire product delivery process. We've seen tremendous commercial traction over the past few years, are growing exponentially and are ready to take it to the next level.
You'll shape the product marketer role at Harver. This means you can bring your creative input to the table and make a lasting impact within a high potential startup in an (especially for marketers) insanely interesting market.

We are a fast-growing recruitment technology company. We’ve created a platform that enables recruiters to make data-driven hiring decisions. By leveraging Predictive Analytics and AI, the Harver platform predicts whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for and assist recruiters in selecting the right people. We’ve entered the market in 2015 and we now have offices in Amsterdam, New York. Over 2 million candidates flow through our system every year, and we’re signing new clients every week.

What do we look for?
We're looking for a creative, quick-on-his/her-feet product marketer who knows how to explain technical products in a simple and engaging manner. You know how to create content that enables the sales team and drives adoption of our technology with clients. Needless to say, you know a thing or two about design, copy, video and web development and you have a deep understanding of the commercial funnel from end-to-end.
You're excellent at, or native in English, know how to translate data into action and you have a self-starting mentality. You'll be responsible for shaping product marketing at Harver. So you have to know your stuff.
We're looking for someone with a driving personality, that knows how to set things in motion. You're the type of person that can walk into an office, define a strategy, set up a workflow and make it happen.
