Wanted: Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
We are excited to announce that Harver is looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI).

What will you do?

  • Help choose, setup tools for user research and contribute to definition of product usage KPI’s

  • Perform (internal & external) user research (both qualitative and quantitative)

  • Contribute to analysis of personas, jobs to be done

  • Contribute to product concepts and help this way to elaborate the product vision in a visual way

  • Deliver (cross-device) UX assets such as customer journeys, user flows, wireframes,  interactive (rapid) prototypes, etc

  • Deliver detailed (cross-device) UI designs

  • Implement or enhance our design system and set the foundation for standardization of our brand experience

  • Contribute to product roadmap

  • Contribute to design process improvements (e.g. Lean UX, Design Sprints, Ideation sessions, etc)

  • Help identify MVP scope, estimate UX effort

  • Safe-guard the design quality of the deliverables

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital design (or equivalent experience)

  • Product design experience – proven by portfolio

  • Experienced with tools such as google analytics, optimizely, mixpanel, hotjar, inspectlet, principle, intercom, etc

  • Expert user of tools like Sketch

  • Experience in defining customer flows, personas and seeing through complexity

  • Experienced in collecting feedback and understanding user behavior and performing usability testing or organising user surveys

  • Thorough understanding of defining and validating assumptions

  • Experience with defining design systems, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, UI designs

  • Know how to work with development teams

  • Communicative to stakeholders, internal users, PO’s  and the development team

  • Experience working in an Agile product organisation

  • Creative and fast in concepting (rapid prototype style)

  • Organiser of workshops &  ideation sessions

  • Applied (or even better, introduced) any of the following: lean methodology, design  thinking, rapid prototyping, design sprints, lean UX

  • Excellent communication skills in English


  • Data visualisation experience is a plus

  • Psychology or behaviour science related study is a plus
