Wanted: IT Support Intern

We are looking for an ambitious IT support intern for our Amsterdam office.   

 

What will you do?  
As the IT support intern you will: 

  • Perform day-to-day operations in the office including system monitoring, end-user support, and security management;
  • Prepare and conduct user training as requested;
  • Maintain the inventory of IT hardware/software assets;
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation of assigned projects;
  • Participate in planning, designing, setting-up, testing, and administering, company's global IT infrastructure;
  • Manage IT related vendors such as software, phone, and internet;
  • Assist with additional office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in university (preferably IT related);
  • A self-motivated down to earth personality who is excited to work in a start-up environment;
  • Accountability;
  • The ability to multi-task;
  • A team player.
