As an IT Support Engineer at Harver you will support the whole organization with all matters of IT related projects and questions as a spider in the web.

What will you do? 
Reporting to the CFO, as the IT support engineer you will be:

  • Monitoring and handling Harver’s network, software, hardware and physical security
  • Troubleshooting and assisting different stakeholders as needed
  • Managing licenses and hardware in collaboration with other teams
  • Supporting our internal IT Security (ISO) Audit process 
  • Updating action lists and chasing action holders
  • Performing other ad hoc support activities 
  • Providing reports as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for the best IT support Engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional internal service experience, the ability to problem solve in critical situations, and exemplify positivity and collaboration. You are honest, act with integrity and bring a smile and a ‘can do’ attitude with you every day! 

  • Excited to work in a start-up environment;

  • Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar;

  • Hands-on experience with MAC OS environments;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

  • “Customer-oriented” attitude;

  • A team player;

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);

  • Ability to work independently..  

  • Experience with JAMF, OKTA (or other SSO), network security and antivirus programs (desierable)

  • ISO27001 certifications (desirable)

  • OKTA, Bettercloud and GSuite knowledge (desirable)
