Wanted: IT Support Engineer
We are looking for an ambitious IT support engineer for our Amsterdam office.
What will you do?
As the IT support engineer you will:
Perform day-to-day operations in the office including system monitoring, end-user support and security management;
Prepare and conduct user training as requested;
Maintain the inventory of IT hardware/software assets;
Participate in testing, documentation and implementation of assigned projects;
Participate in planning, designing, setting-up, testing, and administering, company's global IT infrastructure;
Manage IT related vendors such as software, phone and internet;
Assist with additional office duties as assigned;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and via phone/radio) with peers, management, contractors and vendors
2 - 3 years relevant experience in a tech centric, Apple based environment
Natural desire to avoid any shortcomings or deficiencies in the results of given tasks
Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent
Solid problem solving skills
Highly motivated and independent self-starter with proven work ethic
OKTA, Bettercloud and GSuite knowledge
