We are looking for an experienced, process driven and ambitious Internal Recruiter to source, attract and hire the best professionals for our NYC office.

By leveraging Predictive Analytics and AI, the Harver platform can predict whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for and assists recruiters in selecting the right people. Furthermore, you will get:
3+ years recruitment experience
Bachelor's or master's degree
Experience in building and maintaining a strong relationship with hiring managers
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects,
and drive for desired results
