What do we look for?
5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, preferably B2B, working with SaaS or subscription product
Experience managing implementations in the recruitment and/or assessment space
Excellent project management and facilitation skills;
Exceptional communication, customer service, sales, and relationship building skills at all levels, including C-Suite;
Ability to operate in a fast-paced professional enterprise sales motion environment;
Proven ability to develop and communicate enterprise deliverables
Experience facilitating multiple teams (e.g., technical, service) to achieve a client outcome
Experience with enterprise delivery is a huge plus!
