WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Establishing a market strategy for prospecting and identifying new potential client partners
Educate the US market on how we can help enterprises grow and scale through our psychologically-backed technology
Create roadmap for strategic outreach to new customers - including identifying decision makers and champions within an organization and properly positioning Harver to solve current hiring challenges
Track all client information and interaction via Salesforce and other resources provided to the sales team
Partner closely with a designated Account Executive to align on outreach strategy
Sense of business ownership
Organized and system oriented
Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
