Our technology speaks for itself; we've raised $15m and closed our Series B in the summer of 2019. We are looking for a NYC-based Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our journey.

  • Establishing a market strategy for prospecting and identifying new potential client partners 

  • Educate the US market on how we can help enterprises grow and scale through our psychologically-backed technology 

  • Create roadmap for strategic outreach to new customers - including identifying decision makers and champions within an organization and properly positioning Harver to solve current hiring challenges

  • Track all client information and interaction via Salesforce and other resources provided to the sales team

  • Partner closely with a designated Account Executive to align on outreach strategy 


  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1 year of experience in sales or business development; preferably in a SaaS or tech environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing a plus
  • Sense of business ownership

  • Organized and system oriented

  • Startup mindset

  • Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
