Enterprise Account Executive

Our technology speaks for itself; we've raised $15m and recently closed our Series B. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and enterprise sales pipleine. 


As an expert in all things Harver, you'll find new areas and markets of opporuntity to spread Harver's reach in the North America. You'll be the face of Harver for new clients, and educate them on how we can influence and transform their hiring process. 

  • Create and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Work closely with the BDR team to align on market trends, areas of opporuntity, and how to strategically approach business development sourced opportunities 
  • Execute the sales process from prospect to close 
  • Grow Harver's brand recognition in the US market

What will you do? First, we'll get you up to speed on Harver and how we've brought our software to where it is today. Once you've found your bearings, you’ll collaborate with product, customer success, business development, and other internal teams to help create solve hiring challenges for new and potential partners. The leader of our
Commercial team, Matthijs, will help you navigate your new role and help guide you to success within Harver. Together with him, you’ll be:

  • Understanding client hiring and interview challenges and owning the business solution design, client presentation and success execution for new Harver partnerships.
  • A collaborative and inquisitive individual that will seek education and answers on their own and sees challenges that arise during the process as an opportunity to grow & hone your skillset.
  • The expert to your clients and internal team. Properly advocating for the value of the Harver platform while also ensuring that internally our product offering is customized to the client's needs.
  • And help us elevate Harver to the next level.


  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of success with enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience within in HR tech industry or selling in HR or Talent Acquisition leaders & stakeholders 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Familiarity selling a complex solution
