YOUR IMPACT...

In our new reality, we are spending lots of time in Zoom rooms which means we are more careful and intentional about how we connect and interact with our customers. As the leader of the EMEA Success & Delivery effort - you'll be hands on and in the weeds with your enterprise clientele. You’ll completely own customer relationships and shape Harver's impact within our partners' recruitment practices. In addition to your book of business, you’ll also lead our Amsterdam-based Customer Success, Delivery and Support teams. Your day-to-day will be spent partnering with leaders across our sales, product, technology, support and People Science teams to create the strategic roadmaps for client success. Lastly, we'll empower you to affect hyper-relevant change with your clients by sharing insights on how Harver helps with fair hiring and WFH solutions. The best part of the role? WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Own the EMEA post-sale solution delivery & implementation and customer program success & account retention
  • Build deep and wide relationship networks within the EMEA enterprise market across all verticals
  • Drive the success of Harver's various SaaS offerings and develop data-driven program recommendations and insights
  • Conduct consultative, boardroom ready quarterly business reviews with VP/C-level audiences
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization, acting as a client advocate to enhance customer satisfaction and identify ways to improve Harver’s internal processes
  • Operate with a solutions-oriented mindset: grow customer lifetime value though consultative solution recommendations and think with an entrepreneurial and creative spirit

Reporting to: Global VP of Delivery and Customer Success

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience within enterprise client relationship management within the EMEA market solving complex customer queries 
  • Boardroom ready presentation & analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Deep experience within consulting & people management 
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Experience in People/HR technology and/or recruitment a plus!
