Wanted: Customer Success Manager
We’re looking for a responsible Customer Success Manager capable of guiding new clients to success.
As a Customer Success Manager you will:
— Onboard new clients
— Work with various clients to get success
— Create and update project planning
— Alignment of project dates with internal teams, vendors, and customers
— Serve as the first point of contact for clients
— Control internal processes
— Be the linking pin between the client and Harver

We’ve entered the market in 2013 and now have offices in Amsterdam, London, and New York. Around 3 million candidates flow through our system each year, and we’re signing new clients both nationally and internationally each week.
You’ll get to play a crucial role in on-boarding clients.
What do we look for?
We’re looking for a true customer obsessed personality. You keep a cool head, even when things get hectic and get a kick out of smoothly executed processes. You have a way of dealing with deadlines, clients, and colleagues and you’re a native English speaker. Lastly, a big plus if you already have some experience in Project Management, Sales or Customer Success.

— 3+ years of relevant work experience
— University degree
— Customer facing experience
— Being comfortable with presenting to clients, big and small, both in-person and virtually
