You are the face of Harver to the European & Asia Pacific marketplace! Our team relies on you to educate prospective customers on our software's ability to transform recruitment practices. You will become an expert in the customer's talent acquisition journey (in the BPO, Call Center, Retail, Hospitality industries & more) and tasked with walking potential clients through an after-Harver recruitment reality. You'll connect with global leaders of Fortune 500+ to share how we can revolutionize, automate and streamline the process from application to hire. Our solution is now more relevant than ever as it encourages fair hiring and objective candidate screening. 


  • Own the sales process from prospect to discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Understand client hiring and interview challenges and own solution design, client presentation and successful execution of new Harver partnerships
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and leverage and exhaust all internal resources to overcome challenges that arise during the sales process using each challenge as an opportunity to grow & hone your skillset
  • Act as the expert to your clients and internal team -- properly advocating for the value of the Harver platform while also ensuring that internally our product offering is customized to the client's needs


  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success within enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience within in HR tech industry or selling in HR or Talent Acquisition leaders & stakeholders 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Familiarity & proven success selling a complex solution
