You are the backbone of our organization. Our team relies on you to educate prospective customers about how our software can transform their recruitment process and the data they use to assess candidates. We have created a system that allows for fair hiring and objective candidate screening. You'll be connecting with leaders at Fortune 500+ around the globe to share how we can revolutionize, automate and streamline talent acquisition practices.  


  • Establishing a market strategy for prospecting and identifying new potential client partners 
  • Educate the US market on how we can help companies grow and scale through our psychologically-backed technology 
  • Create roadmap for strategic outreach to new customers - including identifying decision makers and champions within an organization and properly positioning Harver to solve current hiring challenges
  • Track all client information and interaction via Salesforce and other resources provided to the sales team
  • Partner closely with a designated Account Executive to align on outreach strategy 


  • Adaptable, coachable & intrinsically motivated 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing a plus
  • Organized and system oriented
