We are looking for an ambitious Assessment Analytics Consultant for our New York City Office.

More about the position

The Assessment Analytics Consultant position is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in traditional selection methods within a dynamic software company. Within this role, you will support the VP of Talent Assessment and Analytics to support current clients, assessment product development, while learning about the software development process. Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Researching jobs and organizations to prepare for job analysis workshops;
  • Support job analysis process by documenting meetings, developing validation surveys, and supporting criterion-related studies;
  • Cleaning, structuring and analyzing data;
  • Producing reports using data visualization and impact metrics;
  • Researching and evaluating new predictive analytic methods and 3rd party assessments;

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Business/Computer Science/Psychology)
  • Data analytic and visualization skills
  • Understanding of psychological principles
  • Proficient in a statistical software package (preferably R or python)
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
