Wanted: Agile Project Manager 
We are excited to announce that Harver is looking for a Agile Project Manager.

What will you do?

  • Act as an Agile Project Manager for various Engineering teams, guiding them toward productivity, goal attainment, and continuous improvement
  • Be the bridge among Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design team members to help ensure alignment

  • Reduce friction and impediments, making sure all team members have what they need to get their job done in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion

  • Manage various projects with technical context

  • Manage dependencies and improve processes

  • Facilitate meetings, maintaining clear and concise documentation as needed

  • Guide team members in adopting processes

  • Plan, strive for efficiency, and goals achievement

  • Always know status, come with corrective solutions

  • At least 5yrs experience in similar roles (scrum master, (agile) project manager)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • English language both written and verbal

  • The ability to self-prioritize tasks

  • The versatility to work well with many different personality types

  • Motivational, can-do and positive by nature

  • The capacity to have difficult conversations, push back, and say no when needed

  • Empowering but also closely supporting when needed

  • Experience with Agile Product development teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc) is a must

  • Experience with using, configuring and optimising Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • Technical (web application development) background

  • Having worked with engineers as well as with UI/UXers

  • Experience having worked with remote teams

  • Getting things done right attitude

  • Solid record of delivering business value on time and on budget

  • Understands what process improvement introduction, and tracking progress means

  • Safeguard quality and security of deliverables

  • Manage releases and product rollouts


  • BS/MS in Computer Science (equivalent experience could be accepted instead).
  • Scrum Master Certification (equivalent experience could be accepted instead)

  • Prior experience at a SaaS or startup/scaleup company is a plus

  • Experience with lean startup methodology is a plus

  • Background knowledge/experience includes methodologies such as XP, Kanban, RUP

  • Experience with AI projects is a big plus

  • Managed technical (API/AI) implementation projects

  • Contribute to designing data flows and integration patterns

  • Align patterns on integration compatibility

  • Align with customers of specific implementation of solutions addressing  their needs
