Wanted: Account Executive
We are looking for an experienced, process driven and ambitious Account Executive for our New York City office.

What will you do?
As an Account Executive you will:

  • Work closely with the BDR team;
  • Run the sales process from discovery to close;
  • Visit (New) Clients;
  • Close deals;
  • Help Harver expand in the USA;

We are a fast-growing HR Tech SaaS company. We created a platform that enables recruiters to make data-driven hiring decisions. By leveraging Predictive Analytics and AI, the Harver platform can predict whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for and assists recruiters in selecting the right people. We entered the market in 2013 and we now have offices in Amsterdam, London, and New York. Over a million candidates flow through our system every year, and we’re signing new clients weekly.

You’ll get to play a crucial role in guiding our expansion in the US.

What do we look for?

We are looking for a true blue entrepreneurial goal getter with experience in mid-market/enterprise sales. You are a process driven leader with a knack for software, tech, and innovation and used to sell into an HR or recruitment department. You have an open personality, are an agile learner and possess self-starting capabilities.

Besides that, you’re willing to travel a couple days a month inside the United States.

  • 4+ years of experience closing Software / SaaS mid market or enterprise deals;
  • Industry Experience | or valid experience in a start-up/scale up company;
