Harver is an extraordinary recruitment software scale-up. Our SaaS product enables innovative organisations like Heineken, Booking.com and Netflix to hire better and faster. Together, as a team, we help companies build more diverse, inclusive teams by hiring based on data, not intuition. We imagine a world where teams are hired based on ability and personality and not purely on their resume. Check out our product being utilised by Netflix and Heineken.

There were only a few of us when the Harver journey started in 2013, fast-forward to now, and you find almost 100 of us working across Amsterdam and New York. After a further $15mn of series B funding in 2019, we are aiming for 100% growth year-on-year, it's fair to say that everyone is passionate about the future. Dare to jump?
